Q: “What is the difference between a precision and super-precision (high-precision) bearing?”
A precision bearing is anything that has a higher standard precision level (i.e. ISO P5 or ABEC 5). The step up from this is super-precision bearings that have a precision level of ISO P4 or ABEC 7 or better.
For an easy way to remember this think:
Precision = ABEC 3+
Super Precision = ABEC 7+
Or, refer to this chart. The farther down in the table, the higher the precision of the bearing.
