Klϋber Lubrication, a worldwide manufacturer of specialty lubricants, will showcase its operational lubricant for large girth gear drives at booth #316 during the 60th Annual IEEE-IAS/PCA Cement Industry Technical Conference, May 6-10 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville.
Klüberfluid C-F 3 ULTRA is a lubricant developed specifically for the lubrication of medium-size to large girth gear drives. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil to provide good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and protection against wear. Klüberfluid C-F 3 ULTRA enables the end user to inspect open gears while in operation and significantly reduce the amount of cleaning time for NDT inspections. Klüberfluids will not clog spray nozzles and will freely flow from gear guards while offering superior protection over traditional asphaltic-based products.
Klüberfluid C-F 3 ULTRA can be used for immersion, paddle wheel, circulation and spray lubrication of large girth gear drives. Such drives are found in rotary kilns, tube mills, drums and similar machinery used in the cement, lime, gypsum, mining and chemical industries and in power plants.
Klϋber Lubrication also provides Kluberfluid repair products along with engineering support to assist during a changeover to help improve the remaining gear life.
