Pillow blocks with bearings have self-aligning properties and are easy to mount and dismount. They are widely used in various types of machinery, especially in agricultural, textile, metallurgical, mining, and various conveying applications. With a self-aligning structure, they can compensate for alignment errors or flexing of the shaft. According to the needs of clients, the internal set-screw hole of the bearing can be specially heat-treated to enlarge the set-screw’s tightening torque and will help prevent the inner ring from cracking. A plastic cup for grease fitting can be supplied only if the customers mention it in the contract.
