ON-SIZE Bushings from Carr Lane Mfg. Co. are suitable for fixtures used at high-temperatures up to 750°F (400°C), as in autoclave curing. These precision bushings are used with Bullet-Nose Dowels to align two pieces of a fixture. Made of Invar, a 36% nickel-iron alloy that has a low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion, ON-SIZE are particularly useful in aerospace and other applications where minimum thermal expansion and high dimensional stability are required. Available with or without head, ON-SIZE Bushings come in four sizes each of inch or metric sizes.
