IntelLiDrives theta-2-theta stage consists of two rotation stages arranged in such a way that axes of rotation for both the stages are aligned. Either of two stages is independently controlled.

Both stages have preloaded ball bearing guides for wobble-free rotation and positioning. 360° limitless movement for inner and outer stages. For motorized rotation stage, worm and gear is a standard drive mechanism. Surfaces of both stages are provided with metric tapped holes for mounting components and sub-assemblies.
